What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message text. When you use the cookie banner, we store your consent choice in your browser’s local storage under the key corestream-consent. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and maintain records of business correspondence—based on your request initiating contact and our legitimate interest in operating a consulting practice. Consent preferences are stored to honor your choice about nonessential storage.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last message in a thread unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. Consent records remain until you clear site data or withdraw consent via browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Inquiry messages are handled by our same-domain form endpoint (/api/inquiry) and stored on infrastructure we control for response purposes only.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions. Contact info@corestream.digital with your request; we will verify identity before acting.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your data may be processed in Taiwan where our office is located.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The review date is noted in our internal records.
