Services
We provide programming consulting for event stream processing through scoped projects and advisory sessions as described on this website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written statement of work or booking confirmation—not solely by this page.
Client responsibilities
You provide timely access to repositories, environments, and stakeholders needed for the engagement. You are responsible for production deployments unless explicitly included in scope.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive a license to use deliverables created for you upon payment. Pre-existing tools and general know-how remain ours.
Confidentiality
Both parties will treat non-public technical and business information shared during an engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted under Taiwanese law, our liability for any claim arising from consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Hualien County shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
